The Indian Air Force has announced a recruitment drive for 336 posts through the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT). Here are the details:
Posts and Vacancies
AFCAT Entry:
- Flying Branch: 30 posts
- Ground Duty (Technical) Branch: 189 posts
- Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Branch: 117 posts
NCC Special Entry:- Flying Branch: 10% seats out of CDSE vacancies for PC and 10% seats out of AFCAT vacancies for SSC.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- Flying Branch: 20-24 years (born between 02 Jan 2002 to 01 Jan 2006)
- Ground Duty (Technical/ Non-Technical) Branches: 20-26 years (born between 02 Jan 2000 to 01 Jan 2006)
Marital Status: Unmarried
- Educational Qualification:- Flying Branch: 60% marks each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level and a minimum three-year degree course in any discipline
- Ground Duty (Technical) Branch: 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level and a minimum four-year degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/Technology
